Portable / Mobile Buttons

Short Key-pressing this button allows the radio-user to toggle Scan Mode on and off for the radio's current channel. Long Key-pressing this button allows for entry to the Scan List Edit mode for the radio's current channel's Scan List, which allows the radio-user to add / remove individual Scan List Member channels and modify scan priority.
